HOPE, FAITH AND VISION FOR LIFE TRUST is an organization formed and registered in Zimbabwe in 2015 under registration number MA 1133/2015 for the purposes of offering humanitarian assistance to people with disabilities and their care givers in rural communities. In its efforts to pursue its objectives, it has outlined in this document, its request for moral, material and financial assistance. The outline also includes information on the Board of Trustees, the Advisory Council, the organization’s goal, objectives, its cooperating partners, the nature of assistance required and the purpose for which it is to be utilized. The Trustees have also included their organizational structure, their bankers and banking details, their lawyers, their auditors and financial advisers. The Trustees have also given details of the organization’s membership, the nature, scope and kind of its operations and the activities so far carried out and indications of what the Trust intends or is planning to do and accomplish in future in the short to medium term period .
GOALTo promote, save, build and secure the livelihoods of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups of society.
OBJECTIVES
- To source and distribute adaptive and assistive devices to at least 75% of people with disabilities in Murewa district by 2030.
- To assist 100% of our members in the district to access health care services by the year 2030.
- To provide enabling information and training facilities for purposes of capacitating individual members and enhancing self reliance activities (income generating activities).
- INTENDED RESULTS
By implementing this project, the district will see people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups of society having equal access and opportunities to developmental initiatives.
- Output
At least 80% of the intended target group will be reached out by the end of December 2023.
- Outcome
People with disabilities and other disadvantaged groups will be able to access medical treatment, acquire life supporting skills and vocational training services thereby enhancing their livelihoods.
