Brief History & Information
HOPE, FAITH AND VISION FOR LIFE TRUST was founded by Mr George Mundende in the year 2010 and up to 2015 was operating as a community based organization. Mr Mundende, who is himself disabled, is the current chairperson of the Board of Trustees. Under the wise and visionary leadership of Mr George Mundende, the organization remained focused and committed to its humanitarian work culminating into its registration as a Trust in 2015 under registration number MA 1133/2015. The Trust is mainly involved in assisting people with disabilities: physically and psychologically and their care givers and those affected with albinism, orphans and/or vulnerable children and the aged. The trustees have among them, a wide range of experience working with disadvantaged members of society; they possess sound organizational skills ranging from coordination of individuals and group efforts, financial planning, management and monitoring of actual results against planned and targeted activities and the general promotion of the interests of the disadvantaged members. They also possess unique qualities of dealing with people with disabilities, women and gender issues and the youth.
